Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Business Days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

We are not responsible for any shipment delays that may result from natural occurrences, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to the carrier. If your item has been lost in transit please contact the carrier service.

If you make a double order on the same day or before your first order ships out we will do our best to combine your orders together to save on shipping costs.

Due to warmer weather it is possible for your natural products to melt in transit. However once products solidify they can be used as normal. Please contact us within 3 business days if there is an mistake with your order on our end, we are not responsible for carrier mistakes.
